优势条件：福州江阴港城经济区西部产业区，位于江阴半岛西南，规划用地面积13.32平方公里。该区域重点规划布局福建省石化产业“两基地、一专区”的化工新材料专区，已形成以耀隆化工为核心的煤化工、以东南电化为核心的盐化工和以中景石化为核心的石油化工三大产业链；全省唯一经交通部批准的3个化工码头已建成并投入使用。产业集群和配套设施可以起到基础平台作用，为企业的发展创造良好的产业氛围。 

Advantages: The Western Industrial Area of Fuzhou Jiangyin Port City Economic Zone is located in the southwestern part of Jiangyin Peninsula and the area of planned land use is 13.32 square kilometers. The Area has given priority to the planning and layout of the Special Area for New Chemical Materials among the “two bases and one special area”. The three industrial chains, i.e. the coal chemical industry centering on Yaolong Chemical, the salt chemical industry centering on Fujian Southeast Electrochemical Co., Ltd. and the petrochemical industry centering on Zhongjing Petrochemical, have been created. The only three chemical ports approved by the Ministry of Transportation of P.R.C. have been completed and put into use. Industrial clusters and supporting facilities can play the role of basic platform and they can create a favorable atmosphere for development of enterprises.
