Haixi Modern Finance Central Area Investment Attraction Project 项目概述：2014年11月福建省人民政府批复设立福州海西现代金融中心区，中心区规划面积15平方公里，包括了台江的海峡金融商务区、闽江北岸中央商务区。其中，海峡金融商务区总占地面积约2261亩，位于台江东翼的鳌峰片区，主要发展方向为促进产业集聚，重点发展金融、电子商务；闽江北岸中央商务区总占地1642亩，位于台江区西侧，重点发展总部经济、商务、休闲，打造精英商务平台、区域标志商圈、星级会议酒店、成熟生活社区，加强公共设施和配套服务建设，促进高端产业的研发、销售、结算、管理及运营等专业总部集聚，构建福州市服务功能最全、档次品味最高的现代商务中心区，建设高端商务商业集聚区。 Project overview: In November 2017, Fujian Provincial People’s Government replied and approved the established of Fuzhou Haixi Modern Finance Central Area with a planned area of 15 kilometers, including Straits Finance and Business Area in Taijiang and Minjiang River North Bank Central Business District. With a total land area of 2,261 mu, located in Aofeng Area in the east wing of Taijiang, Straits Finance and Business Area’s main development direction is to promote industrial clustering with a focus on development of finance and e-commerce; Mnjiang River North Bank Central Business District has a total land area of 1,642 mu, and it is located on the west side of Taijiang District.
