It is close to Taiwan Straits and the waters of Baiquan Islands. It overlooks Mazu Islands and it is separated from Minjing River mouth in the north. The Town also faces Langqi Economic Zone and Lianjaing County Hujiang Island and Huangqi Peninsula. It is adjacent to Linwenling Town in the west and south. Meihua Town boasts of picturesque natural view. Eel Shoal wetland features lush grasses and numerous migrant birds, and it creates a stunning coastal view in combination with sea, forest, beaches and islands.
