项目概述：华擎发动机项目，拟选址于青口镇，作为福建奔驰项目扩产项目，拟规划土地面积约400亩。 

Project overview: The site of Huaqing Engine Project is planned to be located in Qingkou Town. It is an expansion production project for Fujian Benz Project. The planned land area is about 400 mu. 

优势条件：1.区位优势。拟规划地块位于青口投资区中心片区，福建奔驰汽车公司西侧，便于配套生产。2.产业带动：该项目是汽车产业发展的点睛之笔，对于进一步完善汽车产业链起到至关重要的作用。 

Advantages: 

1. Location advantages. The planned land lot is located in the central area of Qingkou Investment Zone and to the west of Fujian Benz, providing convenience in supporting production.
