Equipment Manufacturing Project of Minhou Economic and Technological Development Zone 项目概述：该项目拟选址在闽侯经济技术开发区，地处福州西郊，距福州市中心10公里，园区远景规划涵盖甘蔗、荆溪、竹岐、鸿尾、白沙五个乡镇（街道），规划工业用地3.72万亩（25平方公里），其中主园区（含一期、二期、三期已开发5549亩）。项目以企业投资和市场运营等合作方式，引进装备制造产业项目。 Project overview: The project site is planned to be located in Minhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, which is in the western suburb of Fuzhou City and is 10 kilometers from Fuzhou Downtown. The future planning of the Zone covers 5 townships and towns (sub-districts), i.e. Ganzhe, Jingxi, Zhuqi, Hongwei and Baisha. The planned industrial-purpose land area is 37,200 mu (25 square kilometers), including the main part of the Zone (5,549 mu has been developed in Phase I, Phase II and Phase III). The project will be operated by way of enterprise investment and market operation and introduce in equipment manufacturing industrial project. 优势条件：一是交通网络日臻完善。目前已初步形成了“13纵9横”的道路交通网路，并开通了511、601、602、605四路开发区内公交专线，方便园区内员工上下班；园区龙台路、一期二期连接线已基本建成。二是电力水利设施基本完成。区内拥有1座100万伏变电站，3座50万伏变电站和3座22万伏变电站，企业供电稳定；供水、排水、雨污管网、通讯等基础设施完备。三是其他配套完善。在县城新区建设员工公寓，占地111.89亩，建筑面积15万平方米，可入住员工7000人，目前已入住5000多人，并配套建设员工食堂、职工文体中心。四是通过与开发区所在地中小学开展共建活动，解决园区职工子弟就近就学问题 Advantages: 1. Increasingly consummate transportation network. At present, the Zone is equipped with the road network consisting of 13 north-south-direction roads and 19 east-west-direction roads, which has taken its initial shape. Besides, four intra-zone special bus routes are in place, i.e. Routes 511, 601, 602 and 605, which provide commuting convenience for employees. Longtai Road and connection line between Phase I and Phase II in the Zone are largely completed. 2. Power supply and water conservancy facilities are basically completed. There is one 1,000,000-voltage transformer substation, three 500,000-voltage transformer substation and three 220,000-voltage transformer substation, which guarantee stable power supply for enterprises. Water supply, drainage, and rain and sewage discharge pipeline and communication facilities and other infrastructure facilities are well in place. 3. Other supporting facilities are in place. Employee apartment has been built in the new area of the county, which covers a land area of 111.89 mu and a floor area of 150,000 square meters. It can accommodate 7,000 employees and it has been occupied by over 5,000 people. Besides, we also built supporting employee canteen and employee culture and sports center. 4.
