项目概述：引进制造业中的电子、医药、高新技术三个子行业项目。

优势条件：南通镇距离福州市中心15公里，距离长乐国际机场52公里，这里交通便捷，通讯发达。京福高速公路、203省道穿境而过，湾边大桥直通福州。随着螺洲大桥、新南港大桥的建成，南通镇交通、区位优势将更加明显，土地的潜在优势也将转变为发展优势。 

随着福州中心城区加速拓展，海峡农副产品批发物流中心的落户，奥特莱斯城市综合体项目的入驻，城市公共设施加快向南通镇延伸，南通城市化进程助推力持续增强。
